Tucson New Home Incentives were just published by Lennar Homes.

During the recent news there has been speculation as to why pending contracts are up, but closings are still not showing an increase.

Many people have speculated that it might be due to an increasing number of  new home buyers that will not close soon,  either because the new home is being built, or the builder is not reporting correctly to MLS, or that the new home sale is not being reported through the MLS system.
