New about the Westward Look Resort Remodeling 

Quite a few Tucson Hotels are remodeling  to compete with the new Ritz Carlton resort located in Dove Mountain, and the locally expanding Luxury Hotel market in Tucson Arizona.

The Westward Look Resort began remodeling its Foyer in mid October and will remodel its 244 guest rooms and the ballrooms.

The goal of the project is to take it back to its 1912  turn of the Century roots. With this in mind,  they will be putting wood flooring in the  Lobby.

However, the $10,000,000 project will bring flat screen TV's and also custom bedding to the new Guest Rooms.

Current guests will be relatively unaffected by the remodel because of the layout of the Hotel.

There are a few communites located in and around the Westward Look Resort that include  townhomes and also single family homes.

Homes range in price from around $280,000 for a townhome, to over a million for custom home located in the surrounding are of the Westward Look Resort.

The Westward Look Resort  itself is conveniently located in the Foothills close to La Encantada and also Casa Adobes shopping areas.
