Looking a home in Shadow Hills?

Shadow Hills is a nice Community located in the heart of the Catalina Foothills in Tucson,and is one of the most popular foothills subdivisions.

Here is a link to check out the Shadow Hills Homeowners Association, it has low fees  and the community enjoys a natural desert vegetation habitat with larger home parcels.

The interesting part about the neighborhood, in the recent economic climate, is that homes have been keeping their value in the community, and also good homes in the neighborhood sell relatively quickly.

Tucson Renovated Homes are on the rise

Tucson Foreclosures and Short Sales are obviously hard to see in the Tucson market, but the big plus is reduced home pricing and also investor renovations.

The amount of renovated older homes have actually increased in the market place, and there are a good selection of homes that are redone with nice new kitchens and bathrooms and flooring.

Sorry, but we couldn't find any results in the MLS that match the specified search criteria.

It is a great time to buy a home in Tucson while interest rates are still low,  homes are being bought by investors who are renovating older homes, and home prices in Tucson are still very affordable.
