Older homes that have stood for almost a 100 years are being renovated into classy Craftsman Bungalows.

The Barrio has seen a face lift and many homes are now available for those who do not want to drive to work in the downtown area.

The Mercado at Menlo Park sits on land where the oldest pottery chard was found in the whole of the United States. The chard is believed to belong to the Hohokam Indians that settles on the banks of the Santa Cruz River over 4000 years ago.
